Accredited Mediation Training
The training is a six day programme delivered in two parts. The aim is to enable those with busy work schedules to attend, with both parts of the programme being 3 days long.

Our conflict mediation skills training will equip you to mediate in conflicts between two or three individuals, although many of the skills can also be applied to larger group conflicts.

In order to achieve accreditation by the Open College Network (OCN), participants are required to attend both parts of the course and to complete some extra course work to the required standard. Participants that achieve this will be awarded two OCN certificates at level 3 in Conflict Mediation Skills.
